Job Summary
Seeking a Bilingual RN - Multi-State Licensed, the full-time remote Registered Nurse will provide telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education, and support to diverse patient populations, ensuring high-quality care through innovative communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide patient-focused care and guidance via phone or online
- Monitor performance metrics and participate in coaching sessions to enhance service delivery
- Document all patient interactions accurately using management software
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience, preferably in high acuity settings
- Must hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in specified states
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to become licensed in additional states as required
