Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing with experience in patient education
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment within a pharmaceutical company
• Current, unrestricted RN or NP license
• Background in neurological conditions and/or rare diseases
• Experience in delivering patient-centered care with high emotional intelligence
