Job Summary

Providing critical support to field teams, the full-time Bilingual RN - Remote will assess urgent patient needs, implement care plans, and ensure seamless transitions while managing high-stress situations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize crisis management skills to assess and address urgent patient needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and field staff, facilitating immediate support
• Conduct chart auditing and assist in post-hospital outreach to prevent readmissions

Required qualifications

• Current and valid RN license allowing practice across state lines
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency care or critical care
• Flexibility to adjust shifts based on peak coverage needs
• Ability to communicate calmly during high-stress situations
• Strong relationship-building skills with team members and patients
