Fluent in Russian and English, the full-time Bilingual Russian Customer Service Representative will provide essential support to New Yorkers navigating healthcare plans remotely, ensuring high-quality customer care and compliance with confidentiality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from consumers regarding healthcare coverage and enrollment
- Track and document all inquiries, processing applications and changes related to healthcare coverage
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 6+ months of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in both Russian and English, with the ability to speak, read, and translate fluently
- Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY
- Strong data entry and telephone skills
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
