Bilingual Russian/English Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Russian/English Collector - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due
• Provide customer service in a team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous call center experience
• Fluency in both Russian and English is required
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
