Bilingual Sales and Service Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Warranty Sales and Service Executive (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Convert inbound calls by assisting customers in protecting their appliance purchases
• Upsell extended warranties and achieve sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• At least 6 months of sales experience, in retail or phone sales
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively
• Technical readiness with a Windows 11 PC, headset, webcam, and reliable internet
