Bilingual Sales Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Coach for Fully Remote e-TeleWork Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach sales agents to optimize performance and reach sales goals
• Manage call center operations, conduct coaching sessions, and provide feedback
• Monitor sales performance, resolve customer issues, and administer recognition programs

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of supervisory management experience in sales
• Inside sales experience in Medicare or individual sales environment
• Knowledge of CMS and Health Care reform rules and regulations
• Hold or able to obtain an Insurance License and pass annual certifications
• Advanced computer technology knowledge and proficiency in MS Office products
