Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Coach for Fully Remote e-TeleWork Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach sales agents to optimize performance and reach sales goals
Manage call center operations, conduct coaching sessions, and provide feedback
Monitor sales performance, resolve customer issues, and administer recognition programs

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of supervisory management experience in sales
Inside sales experience in Medicare or individual sales environment
Knowledge of CMS and Health Care reform rules and regulations
Hold or able to obtain an Insurance License and pass annual certifications
Advanced computer technology knowledge and proficiency in MS Office products
