Bilingual Sales Connect Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Connect Representative (Bi-lingual) to drive business by presenting and selling product portfolios to agents, brokers, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and support to agents and brokers on product knowledge and underwriting requirements
• Drive and close sales for the direct-to-consumer channel without cold calling
• Assist consumers and brokers in selecting appropriate dental and vision products and navigating online plan selections

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a Life and Health Insurance License or obtain one within 90 days
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/insurance experience required
• 1-3 years of related experience required
• Insurance industry experience is helpful
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a must
