A company is looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator for the Whirlpool Program.

• Provide expert product and service support to consumers, retail partners, and technicians
• Guide customers in selecting appliances and educate them on warranties and service plans
• Manage parts orders and technical inquiries while enhancing Standard Operating Procedures

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in the appliances or consumer electronics industry is a plus
