Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator (English-Spanish) to join their remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily coaching programs and follow-up meetings to motivate the sales team to exceed targets
  • Implement strategies to raise the monthly conversion rate by at least 5 percentage points
  • Ensure that 90% of prospects advancing to consultation are properly qualified, collaborating with the Marketing team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) - fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level)
  • Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams, preferably in remote environments
  • Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates
  • Experience in designing quarterly goals and managing high-availability schedules
