Bilingual Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Spanish-Speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to new business contacts to provide specifications on ADP
• Cold call and prospect for leads to companies that could benefit from new solutions
• Maintain email and phone conversation with warm prospects to determine the driving factor in the purchase decision

Required Qualifications:

• Reside in specific states as listed in the job description
• Pass all assessments and systems check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, CRMs, and other online resources for information
• Preferred: One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric role
