Job Summary

To support an expanding sales team, the full-time Bilingual Sales Development Representative will develop high-quality leads, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and engage potential clients in the Canada East and US Northeast regions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth within target markets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align demand generation efforts and nurture sales opportunities
  • Utilize industry-leading AI and marketing tools to manage lead generation KPIs and conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, digital marketing, or SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
