Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Bilingual Sales Development Representative will develop high-quality leads, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and utilize industry-leading tools to drive pipeline growth while working remotely from Canada East.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth within target markets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align demand generation efforts with business goals
  • Analyze key metrics to establish relationships with potential clients and improve lead conversion
Required qualifications:
  • Bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, digital marketing, or SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and LinkedIn
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
