Job Summary

Enthusiastic about connecting potential customers with revolutionary healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Bilingual Sales Development Representative will engage in strategic outreach, build relationships, and manage a dynamic pipeline to drive sales for ICANotes' Behavioral Health EHR.

Key responsibilities

• Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers
• Leverage consultative skills to understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend ICANotes products and services
• Nourish warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities through ongoing communication and relationship cultivation

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles, showcasing dedication to outbound sales efforts
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• A Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
