Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement, the contract Bilingual Sales Development Representative will manage inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily sales activities including calls, emails, and social selling to connect with and qualify inbound leads
- Document sales details and provide accurate pipeline forecasting while improving sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified sales opportunities and meet established quotas
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Ability to work within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Aircall, or Intercom
- Experience in roofing and/or construction is a plus
