Bilingual Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer - Bilingual Spanish/English.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements and own the technical side of the sales process
• Design and refine conversational AI agents, lead hands-on trials, and analyze conversational data for insights and automation opportunities
• Provide technical support during customer meetings and ensure alignment across sales, product, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods (e.g., REST, OAuth 2.0)
• Curiosity about AI and experience with prompt engineering
• Experience with tools like Salesforce or Zendesk is a bonus
