Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Sales Manager to lead and develop an inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor inside sales professionals to exceed performance goals
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development in partnership with the Training Specialist
Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement action plans to improve results

Required Qualifications

5+ years of people-management experience, preferably in a contact center or telesales environment
Proven success driving sales performance and developing teams
Experience using CRM and contact center tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, Five9)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required
