Job Summary

Bilingual Sales Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading and developing sales teams, designing conversion strategies, and optimizing processes to enhance client retention and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams
  • Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of 25%
  • Refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times
Required Qualifications
  • Solid experience in managing sales teams and meeting aggressive goals
  • Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement urgency-based incentives
  • Interest in participating in internal and external training programs
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
