Job Summary
Bilingual Sales Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading and developing sales teams, designing conversion strategies, and optimizing processes to enhance client retention and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams
- Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of 25%
- Refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in managing sales teams and meeting aggressive goals
- Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis
- Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement urgency-based incentives
- Interest in participating in internal and external training programs
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
