Job Summary

To support a growing immigration law firm, the remote Bilingual Sales Manager will lead and develop sales teams, design conversion strategies, and optimize processes to enhance client retention and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams
• Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of 25%
• Present detailed performance reports and revenue trends to senior management
