Job Summary
Results-driven and passionate about coaching, the full-time Bilingual Sales Manager will lead and develop sales teams, design conversion strategies, and optimize processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams
- Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of 25%
- Present detailed performance reports and revenue trends to senior management
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving aggressive goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
