Bilingual Sales Operations Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Sales Operations Service Agent will assist brokers and agents with inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while collaborating with the Sales Operations Management team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality assistance to customers, addressing inquiries related to member eligibility, benefits, and claims processes
• Resolve issues regarding onboarding, recertification, and commissions for brokers and agents
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers and recommend process improvements to management

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Experience in providing quality service across various business topics
• Telephonic customer service experience, including handling escalated calls
