Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative will engage with customers over the phone, identifying their needs, recommending products and services, and closing sales while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in both languages
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals

Required qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
