Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the remote Bilingual Call Center Salesperson will engage with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships while achieving monthly performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in capturing and following up on leads
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and delivering accurate information
• Build long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably with intangible offerings
• Strong negotiation and closing skills focused on building trust
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed
