• Make a high volume of outbound calls to schedule in-home sales visits for the Sales Closer
• Follow a sales process to convert leads into sales opportunities by understanding consumer needs and overcoming objections
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process and collaborate with team members

Qualifications

• Experience in an automated contact center is required
• Proven success in phone sales, consultative sales, or lead setting
• Exhibits strong technical skills and ability to use various software tools effectively
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and receiving coaching
• Able to multi-task across multiple software platforms during the workday
