Bilingual Sales Trainer
Job Summary
The full-time remote Bilingual Sales Trainer & Enablement Associate will design, deliver, and enhance sales training programs in both English and Spanish to improve agent performance and platform adoption while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership to create and implement tailored training content and strategic sessions that enhance win rates
- Develop and execute targeted training demos for agents, incorporating field insights to refine corporate objectives
- Lead webinars and create engaging training materials to drive platform adoption and support sales efforts
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales Operations
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong presentation skills in both languages
- Proven experience in designing and delivering both instructor-led and virtual training programs
- Experience coaching sales professionals and creating sales enablement content
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
