Bilingual Sales Trainer
Job Summary
To enhance agent performance and platform adoption, the full-time remote Bilingual Sales Trainer & Enablement Associate will design, deliver, and improve sales training programs in both English and Spanish, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership to create and deliver tailored training content and strategic sessions that enhance win rates
- Design and execute targeted training demos for agents, incorporating field insights to refine corporate objectives
- Lead webinars and develop engaging training materials while driving platform adoption through effective onboarding programs
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Sales Operations
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs
- Experience coaching sales professionals or agents, with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in using webinar platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
