Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the part-time PRN Bilingual Scheduler Colorado will manage appointment scheduling, pre-registration, and administrative tasks while working remotely and handling high call volumes across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and procedures
• Utilize multiple systems to accurately collect and input patient data, including insurance validation
• Provide patient support by answering calls, transferring, and conferencing between multiple parties

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of two years of revenue cycle or contact center experience
• Must pass the ALTA Language Services Qualified Bilingual Staff Assessment (QBS)
