Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Scheduling and Authorization Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete insurance verification and obtain necessary authorizations for scheduled patients
- Schedule complex exams and manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Monitor and manage communication channels, including email and voicemail, for assigned practices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or 2+ years in patient scheduling or healthcare billing is preferred
- Over one year of experience in a customer service or client relations role
- Experience in an office or hospital environment is preferred
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- High volume call center experience is preferred
