Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Scheduling and Authorization Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete insurance verification and obtain necessary authorizations for scheduled patients
  • Schedule complex exams and manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Monitor and manage communication channels, including email and voicemail, for assigned practices
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or 2+ years in patient scheduling or healthcare billing is preferred
  • Over one year of experience in a customer service or client relations role
  • Experience in an office or hospital environment is preferred
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
  • High volume call center experience is preferred
