A company is looking for a Self Pay Representative Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances and payment options
• Educate patients on insurance responsibilities and financial assistance availability
• Document account information accurately in the EMR system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification of required language issued by an approved language testing vendor
• Prior experience in collections, customer service, or call center preferred
• Knowledge of general medical billing and insurance preferred
