Job Summary

Bilingual Senior Account Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for driving growth of China-based brands in U.S. e-commerce by managing fulfillment across multiple marketplaces and advising on long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth through competitive fulfillment contract models and market insights
• Translate brand goals into actionable steps and inspire execution across teams
• Monitor account health metrics and maintain strong relationships with brand leaders

Required Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
• 5-6+ years managing e-commerce clients with significant annual net sales
• Experience in project or account management, particularly with brands importing from China
• Strong independent and team management skills with a focus on delivering results
