Bilingual Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing key accounts, the full-time Bilingual Senior Account Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee promotional activities, and maintain client relationships while working onsite in St. Laurent, QC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track annual customer business plans and budgets while analyzing market trends
• Lead the creation and execution of promotional plans, ensuring timely price increases and monitoring vendor trade spending
• Identify new revenue opportunities and maintain excellent customer relations through effective communication and regular business reviews

Required qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience managing key accounts, preferably in the organic/natural consumer-packaged goods industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Bilingual fluency in English and French, both oral and written
• Exceptional customer service and strong analytical skills
