Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance consumer experience by providing exceptional service and support
  • Ensure timely response to consumer contacts and maintain accurate records
  • Lead by example in best practices and assist with Quality Assurance audits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Some College preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French
  • Minimum of 2 years of Contact Center experience
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred
  • Quality Assurance and/or Supervisory experience preferred
