Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance consumer experience by providing exceptional service and support
- Ensure timely response to consumer contacts and maintain accurate records
- Lead by example in best practices and assist with Quality Assurance audits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Some College preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French
- Minimum of 2 years of Contact Center experience
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred
- Quality Assurance and/or Supervisory experience preferred
