Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and support to a high volume of callers regarding health care plans and billing inquiries
- Resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Maintain tracking logs of escalated patient correspondence and provide status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or call center
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to commit to full-time attendance during the training period
