Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and support to a high volume of callers regarding health care plans and billing inquiries
  • Resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints while maintaining compliance with regulations
  • Maintain tracking logs of escalated patient correspondence and provide status updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or call center
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to commit to full-time attendance during the training period
