Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative will manage outbound member calls, assist with scheduling preventative health services, and ensure quality customer service while working remotely from Arizona.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to members to identify needs for preventative services and connect them to appropriate resources
- Educate new customers about available preventative health care services and resolve complex inquiries with other representatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet established productivity and quality standards consistently
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Experience making outbound calls for 6+ hours a day
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Arizona Time Zone
