Job Summary

Bilingual Senior Escalations Expert, a full-time position responsible for managing escalated customer issues, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer issues as the single point of contact
  • Provide proactive communication regarding case and project status to customers
  • Document customer interactions and maintain a current understanding of the solar journey
Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or project management
  • Strong knowledge of escalations and prevention processes
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
