Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Senior Loan Processor to manage a high-performing, purchase-focused pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing
• Process various loan types and communicate with borrowers in both English and Spanish
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate loan status updates throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2+ years in a mortgage broker or non-delegated correspondent environment
• Strong hands-on experience processing purchase transactions
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, jumbo, and non-QM loans
