Job Summary
Managing a pipeline of 40 active loans, the full-time Bilingual Senior Loan Processor will obtain and verify documentation for loan underwriting, communicate with customers and loan officers, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain vendor information and verify documentation for loan processing
- Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before underwriting submission
- Prepare loan approval summaries and manage a pipeline to meet service level agreements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations
- Previous experience with Encompass software
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
