Job Summary

To drive organic growth, the full-time remote Bilingual SEO Strategy Lead will define the enterprise SEO vision, establish cross-functional requirements, and oversee technical SEO frameworks while optimizing digital initiatives for discoverability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define the enterprise SEO vision and top-of-funnel strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
• Guide prioritization and alignment across engineering, product, content, and marketing teams
• Establish governance standards for Core Web Vitals, site performance, and technical SEO frameworks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies at an enterprise level
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks using GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments
• Expertise in AI-enabled content strategies and incremental organic traffic generation
