Job Summary

A company is looking for a French / English Service Desk Analyst to support their team in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for IT-related issues, managing inquiries through various channels
  • Triage and document service requests in the IT Service Management tool, troubleshooting basic end-user issues
  • Provide assistance on supported devices and escalate issues as necessary while ensuring high-quality service
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 24 to 30+ months of IT support experience required
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundations preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware troubleshooting, including Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and general networking principles preferred
