Job Summary
A company is looking for a French / English Service Desk Analyst to support their team in Quebec.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for IT-related issues, managing inquiries through various channels
- Triage and document service requests in the IT Service Management tool, troubleshooting basic end-user issues
- Provide assistance on supported devices and escalate issues as necessary while ensuring high-quality service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 24 to 30+ months of IT support experience required
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundations preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware troubleshooting, including Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and general networking principles preferred
