Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to users via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions, including password resets and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a professional setting
- Bilingual in both English and French (oral and written)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a specified schedule including overnight shifts
