Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service to users in English and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 IT end-user support through various communication channels
  • Diagnose technical issues and escalate unresolved problems with proper documentation
  • Ensure accurate recording and closure of all support tickets while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (oral and written)
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
