Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service to users in English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT end-user support through various communication channels
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate unresolved problems with proper documentation
- Ensure accurate recording and closure of all support tickets while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a professional setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (oral and written)
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
