Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 technical support to English and French speaking users via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
  • Document and categorize all support tickets, ensuring proper closure and adherence to processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and French (both written and oral)
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
