Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to English and French speaking users via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
- Document and categorize all support tickets, ensuring proper closure and adherence to processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and French (both written and oral)
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
