Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support to English and Spanish speaking users via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of all support tickets while maintaining service quality
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and oral)
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
