Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 IT support to English and Spanish speaking users via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of all support tickets while maintaining service quality
Required Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and oral)
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
