Job Summary

Bilingual Service Desk Analyst is a part-time, remote position responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to English and Italian speaking users through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general IT end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Document and manage customer requests, ensuring proper ticket closure and escalation of unresolved issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses
Required Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Italian (both written and oral)
  • Ability to work weekdays from 7:30am - 11:30am EST
