Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for PC hardware and software applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
- Utilize Active Directory to reset passwords and assist with network printer configurations
Required Qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
