Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Spanish/English (TIER 1).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for PC hardware and software applications
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products
  • Utilize Active Directory to reset passwords and assist with network printer configurations
Required Qualifications
  • Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
  • 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
