Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual German/English Service Desk Technician to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide phone, e-mail, and chat support for PC hardware and software applications
Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft Operating Systems
Support mobile devices, network printers, and VPN connectivity

Qualifications:

Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
1 year experience in a call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, and other software applications
Experience with troubleshooting, documentation, and navigating knowledgebase
Strong technical and client interaction skills
