Bilingual Sleep Services Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting patient sleep therapy compliance, the full-time Bilingual Sleep Services Coordinator will coordinate medical equipment delivery, communicate with patients and providers, and ensure high standards of service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from referral sources and secure referral orders in a call center environment
• Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and follow up with patients to ensure service quality
• Document patient communications and maintain accurate patient information through internal platforms

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED desired; equivalent professional experience preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• Customer service experience with a focus on patient care
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
