Bilingual Small Business CFO

Job Summary

Guiding small business owners through financial challenges, the part-time hourly Bilingual Small Business CFO will lead virtual advising sessions, assess financial positions, and develop tailored financial plans while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly one-on-one virtual advising sessions with small business owners over a ten-week engagement
• Evaluate clients' financials and provide actionable feedback to improve their financial practices
• Create customized financial models and a three-year financial plan that clients can maintain independently

Required qualifications

• Real-world CFO or senior financial leadership experience relevant to small business finance
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English to support Spanish-speaking clients
• Advanced Excel skills for building financial forecasts and models from scratch
• Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms to non-financial business owners
