Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Agent, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through social media and phone interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to upsell products and services
  • Must possess a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in Texas and pass a background screening
