Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Agent, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through social media and phone interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
- Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to upsell products and services
- Must possess a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in Texas and pass a background screening
