Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Social Media Agent (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle social media inquiries related to wireless customer service
• Provide world-class customer service and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Process orders, update accounts, and engage in upselling when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in both English and Spanish with strong bilingual communication skills
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
• Available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must reside in Texas to be eligible
